ONE MINUTE ONE MINUTE is fast acting, easy to use cleaner. It cleans slimy green and slippery algae, moss, mould and mildew growth within one minute. And best of all, ONE MINUTE kills the spores that cause the regrowth.

It restores that clean, new appearence for which once you was proud of.		 ONE MINUTE is ideal for cleaning all exterior surfaces made of Wood, Concrete, Masonry, Metal, Plastic & Paint.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Safety Direction

* Avoid inhaling vapour
* Ensure adequate ventilation when using.
* Avoid contact with eyes and skin Use hand gloves and goggles.
* Do not mix with other household chemicals.
* Do not allow spray or rinse to remain on plant more than 10 minute or enter lakes and steams.
* Avoid contact with clothing.
* Store in a cool and dark place.
* Store and transport in an upright position.
* CAUTION - Keep out of reach of children.

First Aid

* In case of eye contact, wash thoroughly with water.
* In case of skin contact, remove the contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with water.
* If poisoning occurs contact doctor.
 * Shake contents before use.
* Spray on when surface is Dry.
* Wet the surface for at least 30 seconds with product. Time will vary depending on surface. Brush surface if necessory.
* Rinse thoroughly with water using hose nozzle (within 10 minutes on metal, painted surface, cotton stitching or other natural fibres). Chemical action stops when it dries.
* IF ONE MINUTE is to be used on fabric, test on small area first.		   ONE MINUTE is available in 1/2 Kg, ready-to-use spray bottles and in economical 20 Kg,concentrate.

As a preparation for removing marks of stain, paint or varnish, nothing works faster, easier or better than ONE MINUTE.		  

STURCO EXCEL

 Highly efficient, liquid integral admixture for mortar and concrete for instant waterproofing. Conforms to IS: 2645-1975 and IS-9103-1979. For plastering, rendering, roof concrete, damp proof course, damp walls in domestic application where effective waterproofing is required. To be mixed with gauging water, preferably before introduction of aggregates into mixer, batching plants or RMC units. Mixing to be done for 3 minutes for uniform dispersion. 200gms per bag of cement It is available in 200gms. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

STURCO-N

 Normal setting, integral cement waterproofing compound. Available in yellowish semi-paste form with BIS Certificate mark, as per IS 2645-1975. It contains no chloride. To make waterproof plaster / rendering screed and concrete. Ideally suited to arrest saltpetre / rising dampness, efflorescence and to produce dense, waterproof concrete, suitable for basements, foundations, overhead and underground water reservoirs, roof etc. prevents corrosion of steel reinforcement.

A) For Plastering / Rendering / Screeding: Dilute one part STRUCO - N with 12 to 16 parts of portable water and use with clean or portable water and use this diluted STRUCO - N to obtain the required workability. No further addition of water is necessary.
B) For Concrete: Above method is also applicable or 1kg. - 1.5kg. per bag of 50 kg. cement may be directly added to the mixing concrete.

 Approx: 1.5kg. per 50kg. cement for 1:6 mix. or leaner mix. 1kg per 50kg. cement for 1:4 or richer mix.
For cement content upto 300 kg per cubic meter, 1.5kg. / 50kg. cement. For cement content above 300kg. per cubic meter, use 1kg./50kg. cement.		 It is available in 1, 5, 25 % 225 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition

STRUCO-SF

 Ready to use extra quick setting/plugging compound. A red liquid for emergency sealing or repairing jobs on locations, through which water is oozing out at high pressure. It exhibits strong adhesive property to hardened cement paste. It contains no chloride. At any locations on concrete structures through which water is leaking profusely. STRUCCO - SF is also useful for quick hardening of cement/lime in mortar / punning Test the compatibility of cement to be used with STRUCCO - SF.
Cut open the oozing hole and hold the mortar, (made with cement and STRUCCO - SF) for at least 30 seconds.		 Approx 20 litres per 50kgs. cement. It is available in 5, 25 & 225 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

STRUCO-F

 Ready to use quick setting colourless liquid. It promotes rapid hardening and early gain of neat cement paste. It reduces setting time of OPC to 4 to 6 min. depending upon temperatures and freshness of cement. For sealing joints in masonry, cracks in rocks, tunnels, to stop less severe infiltration of water. In moderate leakage, it is found quite effective specially in underground concrete structures. Mix 1 part of STRUCO - F with 3 parts of OPC by volume. Use within 30 seconds and then place it and work on the leading areas. Approx. 16 litres per 50 kg. cement. It is available in 5, 25 & 225 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

STRUCO-QS

 Extra fast, quick setting waterproofing compound, which helps cement to set in 15 seconds. To seal severe water leakage through retaining walls, masonry, rock, points on concrete structures. Test the compatibility of cement to be used, before commencing work.
Mix STRUCO - QS quickly and directly into the cement to form a paste and apply immediately over the desired area. Hold the paste till stiffening begins.		 Approx. 30% by weight of cement, i.e. 300 gms for every kg. of cement. It is available in 5, 25 & 225 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

LICON

 It is a special semi paste, chemical compound for waterproofing lime concrete structure. Lime concrete, waterproofing and hardening additive. 1 part LICON with 20 parts water by volume. 10 kg. of the above mix to be added to 3 cubic meter of lime concrete. 0.5 kg. for 3 cubic meter of dry lime concrete mix. It is available in 5, 25 & 225 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

POLYACRYL

 Acrylic latex liquid in combination with water reducing agent. Waterproofing of cement concrete / cement mortar / precast concrete slabs, etc. To be used directly into the concrete or mortar. 1 kg / 50 kg cement. It is available in 1 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

TAPEX

 Ready to use powder polymer for waterproofing and protection of structures from moisture and chemical attacks. On exteriors and interiors of walls, plaster, render, water tanks, concrete brickwork and any surface where protection against damp or seepage is required. Also suitable for rising dampness, saltpetre, damp patches, on walls and ceilings Mix enough TAPEX with just enough water to form a slurry paste.
Apply this by brush on a clean substrate, dampened with water. Wait for 2 to 4 hours for the first coat to dry, before applying second coat. Cure TAPEX membrane with water for 3 to 4 days, then allow air curing. Protect the membrane with a sloping screed.		 About 1 to 1.5 kg per square meter for 2 coats, depending upon porosity of substrate. It is available in 1, 5 & 25 kg. containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.
