CHEMLEASE

 It is a dark brown oily liquid used as a mould release agent or shutter release agent To get fair faced concrete, it is to be applied on steel / timber shutter or mould. Thick application will rise in surface dusting. Clean the surface of the shutter / mould from dust laitence, then apply it very thinly with sponge or by spraying. Coverage:
On Steel 25 to 60 sq. meter/litre.
On Timber 15 to 30 sq. meter/litre.		 It is available in 25, 100 and 200 litre barrel. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

FREECURE

 It is a concrete curing compound based on synthetic wax emulsion in milky white liquid form. It is available in two grades, viz. white pigmented and clear. White pigmented grade conforms to ASTM - C 309. It is used in high rise concrete structures, sloping surfaces, canal linings etc. where curing poses a problem or on concrete structures where water is scarce. FREECURE prevents permanent water loss.

By spraying or by soft brushing after the initial bleed water has evaporated.

 Coverage: 3.5 to 5 sq. meter / litre. It is available in 25, 100 and 200 litre barrels. 1 year if kept in unopened condition

DP BONDING AGENT

 A three pack system based on epoxy resin. It is a ready to use concrete bonding agent. The components are of pre measured quantity and the three packs should be used fully at a time. No part addition is recommended. It is used as a bonding agent between old to old, or old to new concrete. Failure always takes place in concrete and never at joints, if simple air curing is done for 7 days. Surface on which it will be applied should be thoroughly cleaned and prepared as normally, for any other surface coating. Coverage: 2 sqmts per kg. of mixed material. Use this mixed material within 30 minutes after mixing. 1 kg and 9 kg kits. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

EXPOSEWELL

 No staining, water soluble retarder for exposing concrete aggregates. Avoids cold joints by exposing concrete aggregates, to provide natural bond and mechanical key for subsequent renders. Otherwise, offer an exposed aggregates and ornamental surface finish. Evenly brush EXPOSEWELL, on to clean, dry forwork, atleast 2 hours prior to placing the concrete. Apply a second coat after the first coat has dried. When tamping or vibrating the green concrete, avoid contact with coated formwork. EXPOSEWELL coated formwork should be protected from rain or damage. 1 litre will cover 5 sq. neters for wooden forms, and 8 sq. meters for metal forms. It is available in 25 & 200 litre containers. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.
