EXCEM - GP

 It is a general all purpose ready mix, cementitious, ready-to-use grout in powder form. When mixed with requisite quantity of water, provides free flow and non-shrink properties. It Is used for anchoring of bolts, base slate grouting under foundations. It is an expansive grout to counteract the cement shrinkage and hence should be retrained from all sides. Normal curing should be carried out in the vicinity of application. EXCEM GP achieves 50 to 60% strength in 3 days and develops a compressive strength in excess of 650 kg/ square cm at 28 days. Measured quantity of water and grout powder should be thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes to get free flow grout. Plastic grout can be obtained with less water. For dry packing, still less water should be used. The water powder ratio can be varied from 0.12 to 0.15. Yield 2000 kg. powder grout per cubic meter. It is available in 25 kgs. bags. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

EXCEM - VI

 An ultra high strength, ready mix cementitious, non-shrink, ready to-use grout in powder form, with a free flow property. USES Same as EXCEM - GP. However, EXCEM-V1 achieves high early strength and develops a final strength of 850 to 900 kg.1 square cm. at 28 days

Yield 2100 kg. powder grout will fill a volume of one cubic meter. It is available in 25 kg. bags. 1 year if kept in unopened condition

EXCEM - E1

 A non- ferrous fludiser, non-gaseous, expanding grout consisting of dry, premixed blend of ultra fine special cement, set regulating and reactive chemicals. It does not contain chloride in any form. This is the latest development of cementitious, ready to use high strength injectable grout, which can penetrate even in fine cracks. This grout can be injected under water. It is recommended for use in soil stabilization. Grouting in concrete structures with medium to fine cracks, crevices, honey combed concrete, etc. and for grouting anchor bolts of machine foundation and columns

SURFACE PREPARATION. For injecting grout in cracks of concrete structures, normal procedure of injection is to De followed. For grouting anchor Dolts and Rase plates, proper surface preparation is essential ie. removal of laiten Qes, oil, grease or any other loose materia!. Before injection of cracks, through the surface is to be fully saturated with water for at least & to 10 hours, before application of grout. Mixing of EXCEM -E1 grout is to be done by gradually adding EXCEM-E1 powder into water and mixing it thoroughly. Never add powder too fast. Mixing can be accomplished by means of slow speed paddle mixer(400-450 RPM) or any suitable mechanical mixer. For small quantities mixing can be done manually.

   EXCEM E1 grout available in 25 kg polythene lined waterproof gunny bag. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

EPODUC

 EPODUC is a two component, moisture, insensitive, low viscosity epoxy injection resin with special filler for repair of cracks and delaminations in concrete, stone, wood and adhesive bonding of steel.. The suggested minimum application temperature (substrate) is 5 degree C. The excellent physical properties of the product allow its use in various application, mainly repairs of drums. EPODUC can be use to achieve the following : * Creep resistance. *Maintenance of physical properties at high ambient temperatures. *High bearing strength. *Toughness *Strong bond to damp concrete. Mix both the Components Viz. B (Hardener) with Component-A (Resin). Mix for 2-3 minutes. to uniform colour without any streak using a low speed paddle mixer (speed 400-450 rpm) so as to avoid any entrapped air during mixing. The grout mixture should be pumped by a positive displacement plunger type pump.   It is available in 200 kg pack. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

POLYGROUT

 POLYGROUT is a low viscosity liquid which reacts with water in a controlled manner to form a swelling, resilient adhesives, solid in density and strength appropriate to the designed task. When impregnated under pressure into leaking structures and through the process of polymerisation, a permanent flexible water barrier is formed. POLYGROUT has versatile uses and it is normally considered to be the last resort. when all conventional grouting methods to stop leakages have failed. POLYGROUT has successfully performed under certain most challenging conditions, where satisfied users have always referred it, as a magic product, to achieve almost impossible solutions. It can be used in the following areas : i). Building construction 
ii). Civil Engineering Works. iii).Environmental Engineering & Other Application. 		    It is available in 20 kg pack. 6 months if kept in unopened condition.

EXCEM MCF

 A non-ferrous, non-gaseous, rheoplastic expanding grout, consisting of dry, pre-mixed blend of ultrafine special cement, set regulating, reactive chemicals. Contains no chloride. Can be injected into fine cracks, crevices, honey combs. It can also be used for base plate and pocket grouting. It can be used for underwater applications also. Add powder into water. Mix for at least 3 minutes so that no humps are seen. Pour immediately. Use 0.25 to 0.3 water powder ratio for pourable grout and 0.3 to 0.35 for injection purposes. It is available in 25 kg. and 50 kg bags 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

EXCEM - C

 It is a non-shrink, plasticising admixture in powder form, for incorporation in neat cement grout, or for injection, to make concrete water proof to consolidate structural stability. Due to the presence of polymer, it imparts high fluidity to the mix and strong adhesion property, while hardening takes place. It is used as a neat cement grout and also cement/ sand grout for injection into concrete structures through nozzles. As water is reduced to around 10 to 15 % the strength of the grout increases. Mix EXCEM in the recommended dosage with dry cement or cement sand mixture. Add this mixed powder into water to achieve the desired fluidity. 1 Kg. per bag of 50 kg. cement. It is available in 5 kg. and 25 kg bags. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.
