ARMOURTOP

It is specially manufactured metallic aggregate admixture with cement and stone/granite chips to provide a hard surface to floorings and pavings which will remain wearproof, dustproof, waterproof and greaseproof, By the use of ARMOURTOP, the flooring and paving topping can be made wear resistance and dust proof. It is ideally suited for use in all types of industrial floorings which are subjected to heavy trucking and load movement. It can withstand impact load with metal wheels over the floor topping. Ideally suited for parking lots, automobile workshops, footpaths, warehouses or areas where sharp loads are dragged. After lying a concrete base of 100mm to 150mm , a granolithic layer of approximately 38 mm is to be followed. Over this granolithic layer, a topping of ARMOURTOP of thickness 13.19 mm is to be laid, leveled and finished. The ARMOURTOP topping should always be laid over the granolithic surface when it remains wet. When the initial set of the floor topping takes place, the surfaces is to be trowelled off to a polished, smooth finish. a). Heavy Duty Floor: 2 kg of ARMOURTOP will cover 1 sq. meter for 13 mm thick floor topping. b). Light Duty Floor: 1.5 kg of of ARMOURTOP will cover 1 sq. meter for 13 mm thick floor topping. It is available in 25 kg. & 50 kg. bags. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

ARMOURCOTE 133

ARMOURCOTE 133 is polymeric mortar compound for screeding on to industrial floors etc. which are subjected to heavy traffic. It cures rapidly to a high resistant, high strength topping capable of withstanding the most rigorous industrial conditions. It is an excellent patching and leveling compound. The following advantages can be achieved . *High strength ARMOURCOTE 133 when cured has strength for in excess of concrete and it is resistant to abrasion and impact. *High bond --The bond strength of well laid ARMOURCOTE 133 screed is such that under test, failure invariably occurs in the substrate. *Excellent Chemical Resistant --Resistant to chemical attack makes ARMOURCOTE 133 screed invaluable in warehouses, machine shops, chemical and tanning works, battery rooms breweries, steel works, electroplating shops etc. ARMOURCOTE 133 has good non slip qualities. *ARMOURCOTE 133 screed is greater than that expected from most modern buildings and should not require attention during this period. *East to use --Supplied pre-weighted for site mixing therefore no wastage or risk of error. Easy application allows large areas to be laid per day. ARMOURCOTE 133 exhibits no unpleasant odours in application and use. AMOURCOTE Primer must always be applied to cement based substrates before applying AMOURCOTE -133. Spread the primer as thinly as possible to ensure complete wetting of the surface. AMOURCOTE 133 screed should be laid on the primed surface, without delay. The substrate should be dry. Do not walk on primed surface. Empty the special aggregate (Component C) into the mixer and mix for a few minutes. Thoroughly stir the Resin (Component A). Add Hardener (Component B) to Resin taking care to remove all the Hardener from the container and mix until both are completely blended. Pour the mixed Resin and Hardener on the Special Aggregate in the mixer and mix until an uniform crumbly consistency is obtained

Place the AMOURCOTE -133 mixture on the tack coat and make It to an uniform thickness. Screed with a wooden float and tamp until consolidate. Trowel to a sealed resin rich finish with a steel trowel.

9 kg. AMOURCOTE -133 will cover approximately 1 sq. mt. at 5 mm thickness. AMOURCOTE- 133 Is available in 18 kg. kits All packs contain pre-measured components A.B.C. 1 year if kept in unopened condition

EMALITE

EMALITE is a factory processed and specially graded non-oxidizing , non magnetic, non metallic and chemically inert mineral aggregate floor topping free from of and grease. EMALITE when trowelled into the surface of concrete floors, forms a toughened hard-wearing surface, suitable for industrial use. It is recommended for factory floors, warehouses, hangers pavements and car parks that are subjected to heavy traffic. EMALITE is dry mixed in the ratio of2:1 with cement, broadcast evenly over the surface of freshly laid concrete and then trowelled to an uniform and smooth finish. HARDSEAL liquid surface hardener should be applied to the finished surface. This varies from 3kg.-9kg. per square meter depending on the type of floor as follows : Moderate Duty 3 Kg/square meter Heavy Duty 6 Kg./square meter Extra Heavy Duty 9 Kg./square meter Note: The amounts are for for EMALITE only; it must be mixed with 50% Portland cement before it is applied to the surface. EMALITE is supplied in ready to use 50 kg. polyethylene lined Waterproof Gunny Bag.

CALAMITE

CALAMITE is a factory processed and specially graded non-oxidising , non magnetic, non metallic and chemically inert mineral aggregate floor topping free from oil and grease. CALAMITE when trowelled into the surface of concrete floors, forms a toughened hard-wearing surface, suitable for industrial use. It is recommended for factory floors, warehouses, hangers 'payments and car parks that are subjected to heavy traffic, CALAMITE is dry mixed in the ratio of 2:1 with cement, broadcast evenly over the surface of freshly laid concrete and then trowelled to an uniform and smooth finish. HARDSEAL liquid surface hardener should be applied to the finished surface. This varies from 2kg.-6kg. per square meter depending on the type of floor as follows : Moderate Duty 2 Kg/square meter Heavy Duty 4 Kg./square meter Extra Heavy Duty 6 Kg./square meter Note: The amounts are for for CALAMITE only; it must be mixed with 50% Portland cement before it is applied to the surface. CALAMITE is supplied in ready to use 50 kg. polyethylene lined Waterproof Gunny Bag. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.

EMALITE RTU

A ready to use cementitious floor hardener, based on graded, selected mineral aggregates. For producing a hard top abrasion resistant floor topping. Can be manually trowelled or spread uniformly with a power trowel, and power float to produce a smooth, high standard hard floor for factories, workshops, garages and parking areas, service stations, battery rooms etc. EMALITE RTU has to be broadcast by dry shake method over green concrete, after the bleed water has evaporated. Trowelling should start immediately after sprinkling, in stages, but over trowelling to be avoided. The base concrete should be at least M- 20 grade and curing done as usual. The dosage depends on the use of finished floor. For very heavy duty usage, use 7 kg per sq. meter. For medium duty usage, use 5 kg per sq. meter For light duty usage, use 3 kg per sq. meter. Available in 25 and 50 kg bags. in red and green shades. 1 year if kept in unopened condition.
