SHOTSET - P |
SHOTSET- p is a quick setting and waterproofing compound available in powder form for use with sprayed concrete or gunite. Rebound loss is also reduced substantially. | SHOTSET -p is used for sprayed concrete and mortar in galleries and tunnels, for retaining walls, embankment and tanic linings etc. SHOTSET- p admixed mortar sets, rapidly, hence quick placing of wet mortar is essential. | The required amount of SHOTSET -p is mixed with (Dry sand -cement) or (gravel-sand-cement) mixture. Large quantities of dry mix can be prepared if protected against moisture and using dry sand. When guniting is interrupted care must be taken that water does not flow back in the supply hoze causing the mix to set. | The optimum dosage should be determined by site trials. As a guide, the rate of addition is generally in the range of : DOSAGE OF INITIAL SET FINAL SET SHOTSET POWDER 1% -2% 3'00"- 4'00" 10'00" -12'00" 3% -4% 1'00" -1'30" 2'30 -4'00" 5% -7% 0'30" -1'00" 1'00 -2'00" The above results are based on Gillmore Test using Ordinary portland Cement. | SHOTSET -P is available in 50 kg. Polythene Lined Gunny bags. | 1 year if kept in unopened condition. |

Use of SUPASET -L 10 drastically reduces rebound loss, particularly for vertical and overhead applications. |
SUPASET- L 10 may be used with either the "Wet" or "Dry" mix shotcrete process at an average doze of 3 % to 7 % by weight of cement. Increased dosage may be cause "Flash Set". Dosing upto 10% is permitted, can be used in conjunction with other conventional admixtures. depending upon site requirement. |
The optimum dosage should be determined by site trials. As a. guide the rate of addition is generally in the range of : DOSAGE OF INITIAL SET FINAL SET SHOTSETPOWDER 3% 0- 53" 33' 5% 0- 50" 20' 7% 0- 32" 1-8' | It is available in 25 litres and 200 litres drums. | 1 year if kept in unopened condition |
